Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any services provided by DIXAZ ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), including but not limited to digital marketing, social media management, website development, graphic design, and SEO, you ("Client", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Founded in 2022, Dixaz is a leading digital marketing and branding agency based in Polur, Tiruvannamalai, Tamil Nadu. We specialize in helping startups, small businesses, and growing brands build their online presence and generate leads through expert strategies and creative solutions.
Payment Terms

50% advance payment is required before project commencement.

Remaining 50% to be paid upon delivery or within 7 days of project completion.

All payments are non-refundable once work begins.

Accepted payment methods include UPI, bank transfer, and approved third-party gateways.
Late payments beyond 10 days will incur a late fee of 5% of the outstanding amount.

Digital Marketing Strategy
Service scope, timelines, and deliverables will be defined in a service agreement or project scope document shared with you upon confirmation.
Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the project. This includes strategy documents, campaign data, and personal information.
Intellectual Property

All creative content, designs, and code are the intellectual property of DIXAZ until full payment is received.

Upon payment, the client is granted rights to use the final deliverables for agreed purposes only.

We may showcase non-confidential client work in our portfolio.
Revisions and Changes

We allow up to 2 rounds of revisions per project.

Additional revisions will be billed separately.

Major scope changes post-approval will require a new quotation.
Turnaround Time
Standard delivery timelines will be mutually agreed upon.
Delays due to client-side approvals, lack of inputs, or third-party issues are not the responsibility of DIXAZ.
Limitation of Liability

DIXAZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., number of leads or sales) as results vary based on market and platform factors.
Termination Policy
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 7 days' written notice.
Upon termination:

Client must pay for all work completed up to the date of termination.

No refunds will be issued for completed work.
Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be available on our official website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tiruvannamalai, Tamil Nadu.
